Booking Terms:

• Closing Date: 2 days before start date.
• Cancellation: Regrettably, 2 week notice will incur 50% cancellation fee and one week or less notice will incur 100% cancellation fee.
• A ‘no show’ on the commencement day of a course will incur a ‘double fee’ cancellation fee. Cancellations must be advised by telephone and confirmed in writing by e-mail to dervla.oneill@itaa.ie
• ITAA TPS reserves the right to cancel courses in the event of insufficient enrolments. Substitute delegates are permitted on courses provided entry requirements are met.
