About Membership
Membership of the ITAA is open to businesses that hold a Travel Agent’s and/or Tour Operator’s license in Ireland and have been in operation for at least 12 consecutive months. We require that our members are licensed by the Commission for Aviation Regulation CAR. This is a guarantee that consumers are protected by adequate bonding. It is illegal to operate as a travel agent or tour operator in Ireland without a licence.
Our members include specialist tour operators, on-line travel agents and bricks and mortar travel agencies in every county in Ireland.
