Benefits of the Affiliates Network
1. Members Contact Database – updated every 3 months.
We will send every Member of the affiliates network an Excel database listing of our member agents including email contact details. Given the importance of keeping such a database up to date we will reissue this every three months including any changes, which have been notified to us by our members.
2. Regular electronic bulletin
Affiliates will be kept up to date with developments in the ITAA. You may wish to give us the email addresses up to three of your colleagues so we can add them to the mailing list for this newsletter.
3. Priority access to sponsorship opportunities
Only Members of our affiliates network will be given the opportunity to partner with the ITAA in the organisation of networking events for members and their staff including, partnering in our services delivery, our Annual Conference, regional members events etc.
4. Statistical information through our bulletin
The ITAA acts as a clearinghouse for statistical information on Irish consumers’ travel trends, which we pull together from governmental, industry and media sources. We will from time to time, highlight statistics in our bulletin, which will also show you where you can find the full articles.
5. Contact Details Listing
The members area of our new website now includes an industry partners contact details lsiting. Only members of the affiliates network will be listed here and will be entitled to provide direct contact details for up to four of their staff in this live directory which we expect will be used actively by agency staff and principals.
6. Access to and the opportunity to publicise events on our web based calendar.
Within our new website, we have an online calendar which our members and the trade at large will use. This should be of assistance to companies planning agents' evenings, product training etc. Not only will you be able to see what is already in the calendar but you will also be able to ensure your events are publicised in the diary.
7. Affiliates network member will receive discount rates at ITAA events.
Affiliates will receive a discounted rate for participation at ITAA events.
8. ITAA Morning Media Summary
Every weekday morning the ITAA team review the national papers to spot travel related stories that could be of relevance to your company. Affiliates and up to four of your contacts can opt in to receive this every weekday morning.
9. Opportunities to collaborate with the ITAA through Travel Professionals Skillnet
Our new training funding is entitled Travel Professionals Skillnet, and ITAA affilaite network members are invited to partner with TPS. For a list of our current partners visit our training section on our website.
